During the booking process, you’ll be asked to provide information about your pet’s needs and situation. This information is essential for the provider to assess your pet’s condition and appropriate treatment.

Virtual appointments for pets can include a variety of services, such as veterinary consultations, dental consultations, dermatology consultations, pet behavior consultations, nutritional consultations, preventative consultations, and general welfare consultations.

The cost of a virtual appointment for pet services may vary depending on the type of service and appointment duration. After confirming your virtual appointment booking, payment instructions will be provided. Payments are made through Zelle.
Virtual appointment pet services may be able to provide prescription medications for your pet in certain cases. However, this would typically require a valid veterinarian-client-patient relationship (VCPR), which may require an in-person visit or an established relationship with the professional providing the virtual appointment. It’s best to inquire with the pet service provider about their prescription policy during virtual appointments.
No, virtual appointment pet services are not suitable for true emergencies; however, in uncertainty we can consult you if your pets needs are a true emergency or if they can wait.
